Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Lead a team within a production unit or line in the execution of production processes to transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, cost-effective manner. Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the ELSP (HUB Americas).- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Working with HR Management to ensure that the ESLP (HUB Americas) is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience in similar position.- 5 years managing people.- Knowledge of Metal transformation equipment - Production indicators.- Lean Manufacturing.- Basic - intermediate level of English.**More about us**:
