By living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success.At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do.CustomerWe focus on our customers’ successInnovationWe create better solutionsCollaborationWe create success togetherInclusionWe always interact with others respectfullyCandorWe are open and honest with one anotherIntegrityWe do the right things and do things right- Position scope/summaryResponsible for import and export of all raw materials, finished products, consumables and equipment necessary for GMM, ensuring compliance with US and Mexican customs regulations.- Essential duties and responsibilities- Respect and adhere to the mission and fundamental behaviors of Integer Medical.- Adhere to all industrial safety and quality requirements.- Participate in compliance with internal control as well as the principles of its illuminated area.- Manages the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, assisting with delivery coordination within the supply chain system.- Calculate tariffs, distribution procedure, article protection, tariffs, price conversions, weight and, a volume of merchandise exported / imported to / from foreign destinations.- Evaluates and tracks invoices and shipping documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations.- Analyze the delivery flow and process to improve procedures.- Maintains a program of internal controls to guarantee compliance with the regulations related to the shipment, reception and documentation of imported/exported products.- Communicate, maintain and develop business relationships.- Ensures that all aspects of delivery standards are met.- Handles moderate and complex problems. Familiarity with ERP systems and industry-related transportation laws- Support the customs compliance department as well as other departments as needed with reports or analysis.- Observe the control over the processes, reports and information in the company's Annex 24 system (Import/Export billing).Performs other functions as required.- Qualifications- Computer skills: Office, Oracle, Millennium (preferred).-- Knowledge of production processes, Kan Ban and MRP (preferred).-- Excellent negotiation skill-- Quality at work.-- Teamwork.-- Proactive.-- Effective communicator.-- Customer service.-- Problem solving.-- Innovative thinking-- Detail oriented.Bachelor's DegreeIntermediate level EnglishU.S. Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran
