At our core, we strive to uphold HPE’s values - to partner, innovate and act - we are an organization that plan, source, and provide quality customer and partner experiences.**How you will make your mark**- Administrates the infrastructure supporting Solutions Delivery apps/dashboards/BOTs/Automations- Designs and implements software tools to improve the process in the organization- Consults with business SMEs to identify automation opportunities or the needs of reports to speed up internal process and create efficiencies- Documents requirements before starting the projects/initiatives in order to have an agreement on the objectives and deliverables- Defines ETAs for possible implementations attached to realistic bandwidth, workload and resources- Reviews the advances in projects/initiatives and communicates them in "human-language"- Communicates every possible risk, advance, start, end, non-expected event associated to the software/report implementation- Provides feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures.- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members**About you**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent- Typically 4-6 years experience- Experience administrating non-physical servers- Experience designing and implementing software solutions (.Net, SQL, C#, PowerBI) Web is a plus- Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- mastery in English and local language.- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.- Plus: Windows server, infrastructuremexicoJoin us and make your mark**We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?Then let’s stay connectedHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
