Responsibilities Join our team as a Daily Routing Engineer, where you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and reliable last‑mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for generating optimal daily route plans by leveraging established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meeting key service‑level expectations. In this role, you will apply your expertise with the Omnitracs Routing & Dispatch platform to design route plans tailored to local operational needs and constraints. You will collaborate closely with multiple sites, partnering daily with sales teams, operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution. This position follows an operations‑aligned schedule: 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday, with shifts that may include late afternoons or evenings. You will also play a key part in driving continuous process improvement by sharing insights, gathering feedback, and recommending optimization opportunities across all stakeholders. Your Impact Generate efficient daily routing solutions for last‑mile delivery across multiple markets using the Omnitracs Routing & Dispatch tool. Gather, validate, and process operational data, resource availability, and constraints to build accurate routing inputs. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance routing performance, productivity, and process reliability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business/Operations Management. Strong analytical, abstract, and mathematical reasoning skills, with the ability to understand processes, interpret metrics, and influence outcomes. Excellent self‑management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute a daily operational agenda. Strong written and verbal communication skills. English: Professional working proficiency; fluent spoken communication is required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Results‑driven mindset with strong planning and follow‑up capabilities.
