**Data Collection & Production System- PR**Major Tasks- Develop a robust understanding of a production system methodology, lean principles and a change management approach to successfully lead onePSS sustainability at Production Research field and plant processes.- Ensure change management requirements are being addressed and coordinate change efforts to implement and sustain improvement.- Ensure adequate training of personnel as required.- Review project progress and challenge teams to develop action plans to close gaps (e.g. timelines, practice maturity progression, financial targets, adoption and sustainability of improvements).- Develop and sustain a continuous improvement and world class operation culture.- Deliver results for the different onePSS pillars.- Lean of lean implementation TRACC Coordinate ITF, ToT and SSC Change Management, Communication plans, Enablers action plans, Ensure CM requirements are being addressed Process Improvement Training requirements Project mentoring- Connect with the different regions and teams within PR to review the testing plan and assure data collection follow up.- Perfect control, administration and knowledge of digital platforms to retrieve data and assure its capture on time.- Develop a solid process of liaison with the data science team, assuring all the models will have full data available for decision making.**Skills**:- Technical background: BS in Engineering disciplines. Mechatronics, Industrial, Innovation, Agronomy (or related area).- Advanced English- Desirable Master Degree: Administration, Innovation, Project Management.- Influencing: Leadership capability to bring out the best in teams, leading through influence.- Leading Change: Champion of technology and adoption.- Developing People and Teams: Ability to work well cross functionally and globally.- Influencing: Reputation that commands thoughtful consideration of advice from management at all levels.- Leading Change: Opinion leader among peers and team with a pulse on prevalent culture.
