Human Resources SpecialistLibramiento Noreste, General Escobedo, NL 66052Full-Time Shift(s):MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00 am-5:00 pmOVERVIEW:Working as an HR Mexico Specialist you will be collaborating with Fastenal management, the Corporate Human Resources department regarding all facets of Human Resource functions. A high level of independence and self-motivation that will be necessary for this position.RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Supporting human resource activities which include on-boarding and exit procedure, labor regulation/policy advice, termination cases- Working with Corporate Human Resources and employees to address issues or questions arising from loans and credits with Infonavit/Infonacot, deductions, discounts, savings fund program, profit sharing, health and life insurance- Supporting Corporate Human Resources and Accounting firm with the physical food voucher cards administration, and eventually migrate complete activity in-house- Being the primary contact for NOM-035 related topics and implementing strategies to minimize psychosocial risk factors based on NOM-035 recommendations- Assisting, implementing and researching Human Resources compliance topicsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or related field of study- Excellent written and oral English skills- Proficient using MS Office- Possess knowledge of HR best practices- Creative, good at communication, good presentation skills and organizational skills- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail- Work independently and in a team environmentABOUT US:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to approximately 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
