Senior Cssc Application Engineer

This position reports directly to the CSSC Manager.**What is the job about?**This position will contribute to a thriving Customer Sales & Support Center team by providing timely and effective technical advice to the incoming inquiries.**Your main responsibilities**:- Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.- Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, include providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc.- Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.- Provide guidance and training to the CSSC Back Office teams / Application Engineers.- Support with ad hoc tasks defined by leadership.- In cases act as a deputy in a local team setting as defined leadership.**Your background**We imagine that you have:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred), or equivalent technical experience in the pump industry or a related field (5-7 years).- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.- Experience in Customer Service, with relevant administrative and organizational skills, and a strong sense of accountability.- Ability to manage multiple customer requirements in a fast-paced environment and follow through on requests to completion.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Fluent in written and spoken English.- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from either the US or Mexico facility**What’s in it for you?**Whether it’s developing skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
