Sr GEM Analyst in charge of maintaining and improving the GEM (Garrett Excellence Model) Operational Systems across Turbos Mexicali Site. Support in all organizational strategies in order to achieve KPI's and maintain the global standards.- Responsible to implement the lean manufacturing tools for Mexicali Site (one-piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc.)- Responsible to monitor the OPEX plant projects to achieve the committed savings.- Adherence on GEM standards and procedures and support initiatives- Lean training to all employees of the site with special focus on the new employees.- Support to Gem manager in the execution of the functional assessment audit and give support and coaching to execute the activities.- Compliance with audit requirements of quality and safety systems and GEM.- Support in leading Improvement Projects (Quick kaizens, Kaizen Events, OPEX projects, etc.)- Responsible to create development plans for direct reports to create pipelines for engineers: Continues Improvement technicians and full time interns.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business- 6+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement- Strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing Tools- Experience in Lean Manufacturing with special focus in productivity.- Written and spoken fluent English (advanced- desirable)- Skills to lead trainings.- Experience in the management of Opex Projects
