Be a part of our journey**Summary**The MDM Analyst** **will support Global Supply Chain operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. They will ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain processes and projects to support overall master data quality.**Your day to day**- Works closely with the other members of the Master Data Management team to ensure that data integrity issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.- Ensures data integrity in key system master data (Oracle EBS ERP and Oracle Agile PLM) as well as helping to develop the processes to support the data quality.- Can solve a range of straightforward problems by analyzing possible solutions using basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management.- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.- Performs data audits to identify data cleansing opportunities to ensure data quality by identifying obsolete, duplicate, and un-used data.- Use previously created data load definitions to update EBS Data Attributes as part of implementation phase in the PLM system.- Assists in the documentation of processes within Master Data Management to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.- Conducts data cleansing to identify unused and/or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.- Participates in special projects and initiatives that are designed to improve data quality.- Ability to work well with others at all levels within the organization**What you bring to the team**- 2+ years Oracle EBS R12- 2+ years Oracle Product Hub- 2+ years Agile PLM- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge**Our Culture**At Poly, leadership principles aren't just something we talk about, they're something we live and breathe.
