This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.What will help you succeed:- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)- 5+ Years of experience as a Data Scientist- Proven experience in managing the design and production implementation of LLM & GenAi within an enterprise environment.- Hands-on experience in LLM tuning, including prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.- Advanced knowledge of machine learning and NLP models, including classification, entity recognition, summarization, and semantic search using state-of-the-art algorithms.- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices to serve ML/NLP models in scalable, production environments.- Demonstrated technical project management skills, with the ability to consult and provide technical expertise during customer engagements.- Ability to collaborate with client executives and key technical leaders to successfully deploy solutions via Google Cloud Platform.- Background in developing AI solutions utilizing key industry tools, techniques, and methodologiesThis job can be filled from anywhere in **Mexico #LI-Remote**Create with us digital products that people love.
