En Decathlon, clientes y colaboradores tenemos una pasión en común: el deporte y su accesibilidad a todos.Somos un equipo de deportistas dinámicos y entusiastas, que comparten un mismo propósito:"_Move people through the wonders of sports_".Nos interesa tu perfil deportivo y comercial.Si te apasionan el deporte, el servicio al cliente, las ventas y ser parte de un DreamTeam**Convierte tu pasión por el deporte en una aventura profesional**.**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**Ensure Reliable Accounting- Record, control and report transactions in the area of responsibility- Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support audits.- Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution.- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and financial statements validation- Ensure good financial reporting based on understanding of data- Take on and oversee special accounting topics according to IFRSImprove Processes- Actively design, document and communicate internal processes in the area of responsibility to stakeholders- Contribute to constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency)- Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specific subprocesses.Be an Accounting Value Partner- Provide Provide financial insights and alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigating controls- Consult and bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs and processes.**Requisitos y calificaciones**- Diploma : A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance- Expérience: 2 years minimum in a financial environment.- Inglés with B1 level as a minimum
