Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Sales Head role will make an impact : Key responsibilities for this role include : Establish and communicate clear sales objectives and ambitious targets aligned with company goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure the success of the sales force and overall company performance. Motivate, train, and guide the sales team throughout the sales process, ensuring continuous development and peak performance. Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and other areas of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities. Supervise three National Sales Managers, providing support and guidance to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and priorities. Collaborate closely with National Sales Managers to achieve the company's strategic objectives and drive sales performance. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing. MBA is highly desirable. Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven experience in senior leadership roles (+10 years) within the pharmaceutical industry. Director of sales, Marketing, Business unit director, National Sales Senior Manager with experience managing a large and dynamic sales force, driving exceptional results. Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
