**Job Description Summary**: Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage the procurement of goods and services within assigned categories.- Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance, contributing to supplier selection and panel optimization.- Manage contract terms, pricing, and conditions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.- Perform data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supply risks, and process improvements.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to align purchasing activities with project and operational needs.- Handle claims and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.- Drive procurement process improvements and support sourcing tools implementation.- ** Required Qualifications**:- This role requires experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college- ** Desired Characteristics**- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
