**️** MacOS Engineer - Intune Application & OS Management****Overview****️** Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement automated workflows for OS updates and patch management- Monitor and remediate MacOS vulnerabilities in alignment with security policies- Collaborate with InfoSec and IT teams to ensure compliance with endpoint protection standards- Maintain and optimize device configuration profiles, policies, and conditional access rules- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide Tier 3 support for MacOS endpoints- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing- Stay current with Apple’s enterprise management tools, Intune updates, and security advisories*** Required Qualifications**- Proven experience managing MacOS devices in an enterprise environment- Strong understanding of **Apple MDM protocols**, Intune, or other MacOS management platforms- Proficiency in **shell scripting (Bash, Zsh)** and automation tools (e.g., Python, Swift, AutoPkg)- Familiarity with **macOS update mechanisms**, security patching, and vulnerability remediation- Experience with **certificate management**, **Zscaler**, and **endpoint protection tools** like **CrowdStrike Falcon**:- Knowledge of **Apple Business Manager**, **Volume Purchasing**, and **DEP enrollment workflows**:- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams- Strong written and verbal communication skills**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience integrating MacOS devices into a Zero Trust architecture- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001)- Experience with GitHub or other version control systems for managing scripts and configurations
