**Gerente de Materiales** para su planta ubicada en**Silao, Guanajuato.****Reporta a**:Gerente General.**Supervisa a**:Comprador, CSR, Supervisor de Almacén.**Descripción General de Puesto**:Responsable de la compra de materiales, Planeación, Servicio al cliente, logística y almacenaje. Enfoque a mejorar el desempeño del área de materiales a través de la gestión de los recursos materiales, supervisión y desarrollo del personal con el fin de lograr la satisfacción del cliente.Seguir las normas de Seguridad e Higiene, programas ambientales, buenas prácticas de manufactura y de Control de la Producción; dando cumplimiento al TMS, además de las normas de Conducta establecidas en el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y Código de Ética.**Experiência Requerida**:- 5 Años en Posición Similar.- 3 Años en Compras, logística y almacenes.**Nível de Formación**:- Carrera Universitaria concluida.**Ingles**:- C-2 Avanzado.**Conocimientos Indispensables**:- Customer Service.- Procesos de compras de resinas.- Logística de embarques- Manejo de almacenes- Desarrollo de proveedores- ISO 9001.- Manejo de software (ERP/MRP, office)- Administracion y Supervisión de Personal- Planeación de la producción- Control de inventarios- Seguridad industrial**Conocimientos Deseables**:- ISO 15378, y 14001.- APICS- Conocimiento Moldeo por Inyección.- Operación y administración de equipos de montacargas**Competencias Funcionales**:- Comunicación.- Trabajo bajo presión- Negociación.- Pensamiento estratégico.- Liderazgo.- Toma de decisiones.- Disposición al servicio.- Enfoque a resultados.
