Manage daily activities and schedule to ensure sample construction meets design specifications and required deadlines.2. Provide technical skill, knowledge, and judgment to ensure sample build meets design specifications.3. Review solutions based on optimizing equipment and plant efficiencies.4. Suggest improvements on designs for ease of assembly of samples/prototypes.5. Develop personnel technical abilities and technical/soft skill for performance, proficiency, and future autonomy.6. Manage resources for cost efficiency and waste reduction.7. Control the Innovation Center inventory and communicate with plant personnel and vendor for material requirements.8.
