Our fully remote team thrives on collaboration, professionalism, and innovation, creating a supportive and engaging work environment where every member contributes to the company’s success.Job OverviewKey Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines for various clients.- Answer and direct phone calls, organize schedules, and maintain contact lists.- Submit and reconcile expense reports efficiently.- Maintain an organized virtual filing system for easy document retrieval.- Research cost-effective deals and reliable suppliers for office supplies.- Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.- Proofread documents to ensure professionalism, clarity, and accuracy.- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, collaborating with technicians to meet client needs.- Collaborate with social media managers to align client branding on social platforms.- Use tools like ChatGPT, Trello, Klap, and Gamma to streamline processes and improve productivity.Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or similar role.- Basic familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Trello, Klap, and Gamma (or willingness to learn).- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Experience in business administration, office management, or social media management is a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempoSueldo: $10,000.00 al mesHoras previstas: de 5 a 40 por semanaBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexiblesTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasUbicación:- Mexicali, B.C.
