_**Beetmann te invita a unirte a su gran equipo de trabajo como**:_- **Legal Counsel**_**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Lic. en derecho.- Experiência profesional: Mínimo 5 años comprobables.- Experiência en CENACE o comisión reguladora de energía.- Inglés avanzado.- Conocimiento de temas energéticos.**Conocimientos específicos**:- Revisión y seguimiento de temas regulatorios de energía.- Revisión de normativa con clientes- Seguimiento de reformas en materia de energía, administrativa, corporativa y laboral.- Contacto con autoridades (CRE, Secretaría de Economía, IMPI, INDAUTOR, SENER, CENACE)- Redacción de documentos corporativos (actas de asamblea, contratos, NDAs, RUAs)- Análisis y reporte sobre diversos acuerdos o disposiciones administrativas publicadas.- Actualización sobre normativa actual (registros de usuario calificado)- Proceso de migración de suministro básico a suministro calificado.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- Prestaciones superiores de ley.- Zona de trabajo: Puebla.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
