Role OverviewAs the Lead Full-Stack PHP Developer, you will:- Take ownership of our partially built warehouse management system and drive its continued development.- Integrate and optimize Amazon SP-API functionalities, including order management, inventory tracking, and shipping workflows.- Collaborate closely with the project owner to ensure alignment with business goals.- Mentor and eventually lead a growing team of developers as the project expands.Key Responsibilities- System Continuation & Development: Take charge of continuing development of our already partially built system, implementing new features and ensuring smooth operation.- Amazon SP-API Integration: Leverage Amazon's REST-based SP-API to automate and streamline warehouse operations, with hands-on experience in integrating SP-API endpoints like /fba/inbound/v0/shipments.- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance to handle high transaction volumes and ensure smooth scaling.- Collaboration: Work closely with the project owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Leadership: Take initiative in code reviews, best practices, and eventually lead a team of developers as the project scales.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 10 years in full-stack web app development.Technical Skills:- Backend: Advanced proficiency in PHP (Laravel preferred).- Frontend: Strong experience with React.js.- Backend Services: Proficiency in Node.js.- API Integration: Hands-on experience with Amazon's SP-API, including authentication via Login with Amazon (LWA), and familiarity with endpoints such as /fba/inbound/v0/shipments.- Database: Expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL.- Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows.- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead development initiatives.Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Honesty & Integrity: Transparent in communication and actions.- Loyalty: Committed to the project's success and long-term vision.- Growth-Oriented: Eager to evolve with the company, taking on increasing responsibilities.- Proactive: Takes initiative in identifying and solving challenges.- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on collective success.Why Join Us?- Impact: Play a pivotal role in continuing the development of a cutting-edge warehouse management system.- Culture: Work in a supportive, transparent, and growth-focused environment.- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and links to any GitHub repositories or projects showcasing your work with Amazon SP-API.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $380,000.00 al añoBeneficios:- Descuento de empleadosTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
