Operationeel leidinggevende (m/v, 32 uur, woensdag verplicht) We are looking for a leader to manage 2-5 community teams at De Vesting (somatiek) on the upcoming new location. Wat zoek jij? As an OL'er within Baken you are responsible for operationally steering and leading (care) teams in a community. Your goal is to create the conditions that allow communities to contribute optimally to quality of care and wellbeing. Werkzaamheden Guide (care) teams in formulating and achieving team goals. Ensure attention to teams and individual staff in collaboration with the community coach. Execute personnel policy, including recruitment, selection, and annual reviews. Coach staff in personal and career development. Manage absenteeism within communities. Monitor operational KPIs and budgets. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? No day is the same, and that makes your work meaningful You start the day by reviewing and handling mail traffic: from roster requests to coordination with other departments. You stay actively involved in employee absenteeism: you detect early, hold conversations and together find solutions to keep staff sustainably employable. In your role you work closely in the triangle with the manager and the community coach on the department. Together you ensure a well-functioning team and the best possible care for our residents. You are visible on the floor, think along, steer where necessary and always aim for a pleasant work atmosphere and high quality of care. Wie zijn wij? Het Baken is ‘vertrouwd & dichtbij’.
