SAP ASC S/4HANA CLOUD Business Processes Consultant - Logistic & Transportation Management

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The S/4HANA Cloud Consultant will act as trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. The Consultant role requires deep understanding of the cloud business model, the ERP processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.

The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAP's success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of DBS services.

  • Application specific solution consulting (TM - Implementation: creation of business blueprint, Execution based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support. Agile methodology use cases.)
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Live and breathe the cloud business model and the subsequent implications in regards to the implementation & post-implementation service business
  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers
  • Understand the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions
  • Promote methodology, tools and processes to ensure successful customer adoption
  • Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment
  • Support the industrialization of the implementation process
  • Understand and practice value-based “fit to standard” delivery approach
  • Support and deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions
  • Understand the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey
  • Demonstrating knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
  • Being able to map and re-define business processes in the Supply chain.
  • Understand Customer Success promoting BUSINESS OUTCOMES

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional Experience with minimum TWO years in Logistics applications.
  • Experience implementation in SAP TM or Logistics Processes
  • Being involved at least in ONE full cycle implementation in SAP TM.
  • Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes
  • Understands the Business Process in the Supply Chain.

Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Logistics execution and delivery management, inventory analytics and control, inventory management & batch control, Kanban, warehouse management, Transportation Management, MM, FI/CO and knowledge of LE-TRA.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Spanish fluent
