**About us**We are an European-based automotive supplier with headquarters in Germany. We already produce our products at four locations worldwide. We are now looking for committed employees who would like to build up our new plant in Silao, Mexico with us.**Main activities and key responsibilities**- **recruiting and hiring**_- Recruiting and hiring of clerks, team leaders and production employees- Organization of transport for production employees- Carrying out security checks (e.g. criminal record checks)- On- and offboarding of employees in administration and production- **personnel management and administration**_- Administration of personnel files, employment contracts and payrolls- Processing vacation requests, sick notes and other administrative tasks- Determination and reporting of HR key figures- **employee support and development**_- Responsibility for employee retention and communication- Preparation of staff appraisals and development meetings- **quality and process management in the HR area**_- Pre-approval and standardization of processes and document templates in the HR area- Support and responsibility for company audits (ISO / IATF, etc.)**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business studies with a focus on human resources or equivalent- ideally 1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position- Knowledge of generalist HR work from recruiting to personnel development to labor law- Initial experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage- Conversational English (advanced level) is required, ideally also conversational German- Service orientation, organizational talent, high degree of teamwork, good communication skills, problem-solving skills**What we offer**- Opportunity to be part of the start-up of a new plant- Get insight in core processes of a manufacturing plant and its infrastructure- Receiving deep know-how by experienced colleagues in the HQ and European plants- Training on the job- You get the opportunity to develop yourself into a leading role in the company- We can offer you a fair salary and gradual increase going hand-in-hand with your personal developmentPay: $8,625.29 - $24,850.00 per month**Language**:- english (preferred)Work Location: In person
