Your tasksProvides SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central support during implementation, post Go-Live, regular operation and replication topics.Designs and configures reliable and sustaintable best practice HCM PA/OM and SFSF Employee Central solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.Participates in HCM projects in accordance with Company Project Management methodology. Leads small to medium sized projects.Provides HCM business process consulting in an effort to improve HCM processes via introduction of HCM best.Provides Support to SAP HCM Interfases using PI as Standard.**Profile**:- Provides SAP SFSF Employee Central local support for regional requirements and Non-Stardard Change Requests.- Participates in other countries' SAP SFSF Employee Central integrations within the Company by providing support as an active member of the projects.- Configures and maintains the SAP SFSF Employee Central replication to the SAP ERP HCM System of employee data which includes Organizational Structure and Personnel Information.- Main contact person on HR IT MX SAP SFSF and SAP HCM Integration via SCPI middleware.- Researches and resolves SAP HCM productive environment issues.- Ensures appropriate and adequate testing of configuration and/or process changes.- Recommends best practice SAP HCM/SFSF EC solutions.- Participates in process improvement and problem resolution efforts focused on improving and sustaining customer relationship.- Works cooperatively within own team to maximize resource utilization and effectiveness in an effort to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.- Utilizes the Company's incident and change management tool to receive and act upon customer requirements.- Directs and/or re-directs customer contact to ensure all customer requests for incident and system changes are properly recorded in the Company's incident and change mangement tool prior to the creation of any SAP transport request(s).- Ensures that all SAP transports are approved by incident and/or change management requestor prior to introduction into productive environment(s).- Resolves incidents and change requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
