Trabaja directamente con el personal de campo para garantizar que se asignen los recursos adecuados para cumplir con los requisitos de prestación de servicios. Mantiene el tablero de programación e informa sobre la utilización del personal y el equipo. Puede servir como respaldo del Coordinador de Recursos del Área para la creación de órdenes de venta. Soluciona problemas y resuelve problemas de pedidos de SAP a cobro para incluir, entre otros, la conciliación oportuna de pedidos de ventas. Responsable de informar y aprobar las métricas OTC del área. Garantiza que los requisitos de viaje de la tripulación cumplan con las pautas aplicables de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Promueve la conciencia de seguridad y la conciencia ambiental y cumple con los procedimientos y pautas de HSE. Promueve y participa activamente en el proceso de mejora de la calidad.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Ing Industrial, de Sistemas, Administracion, o afin titulado.- Radicar en Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.- Experiência de 3 años de experiência en posiciones administrativas, seguimiento a ordenes de materiales y equipos, apoyo en rastreo de personal, apoyo con seguimiento y atencion a clientes (PEMEX).- Excel avanzado, (uso de tablas dinamicas, macros, etc).- Ingles intermedio.- Disponibilidad de tiempo y movilidad.**Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
