**Supply Manager at Ingredion - Come create the Future**Come help us lead the challenges within our Operations team and impact our customers.As **Supply Manager**, you will be part of our incredible team of **Supply Chain.**In this position, you’ll oversee finished product inventories across all locations, ensuring top-notch customer service and timely deliveries. You’ll manage a quality transport fleet, adhere to safety and environmental standards, and focus on cost efficiency.**Location**: Guadalajara/Mexico**As part of the Supply Chain team, your role will be**:- ** Enhance Order Performance**: Improve local perfect order performance and track units en route to customers.- ** Optimize Inventory**: Monitor production scheduling to ensure stock availability and manage fleet units for local and export demands.- ** Drive Cost Efficiency**: Perfect logistics systems, develop alternative service sources, and conduct comparative studies to reduce distribution costs.- ** Leverage Technology**: Utilize technology to enhance reliability, efficiency, and streamline processes.- ** Lead and Collaborate**: Champion cross-functional cooperation, promote safety, and maintain effective communication across teams.**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent.- 3+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.- Deep knowledge of warehousing and supply, benchmarking and industry insights, including experience in the exploration of new technologies to support automation seeking competitive advantage.- Good English Speaker - for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.**Who are we looking for?**- Someone who creates a culture where top talent thrives, driving performance and building strong teams.- Someone who achieves goals, makes strategic decisions and benchmarks best practices to stay ahead.- A person that challenges the status quo, promotes bold thinking, and creates value in new ways.**Ingredion Benefits****We offer a competitive and comprehensive package that aligns Wirth our values and goals.
