If you are looking for a work-family on a mission to provide the best care to the seniors in our community - we arethe right place for you We are looking for compassionate team members who share our values: Show Love, Serve with Purpose, and Exceed Expectations.**About the Position**The Property Accountant will provide full-cycle accounting support to each senior housingproperty assigned.Aid property personnel regarding processes in the accounting system and handling accountingissuesTake ownership and complete the closing of each property monthly to include:Prepare accrual journal entries as deemed necessaryReconcile and maintain detail schedules, using a spreadsheet and the accounting system, for allbalance sheet accounts that agree to the general ledger.Review income and expense accounts for material variances from budget and understand thefluctuationsGenerate Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and any other required reportsfor all propertiesPerform a self-review and obtain a community level review and internal review of financialstatements prior to issuance internally and/or externally.Close the ledgerSend financial reports to third parties as deemed necessaryAdditional tasks and projects as needed and directed**Requirements**:A Bachelor’s degree in accounting2+ years of related accounting experience with Property Accounting experience highly desirableYardi experience, preferred but not requiredThe ability to explain and communicate accounting or system issues thoroughly and clearlydegree of accuracy and consistency**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- 12 Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
