Your responsibilities Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. A strong track record of leadership and team management. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
