Job Overview:We are seeking a Subscriptions Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team at Monograph. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and expansion by supporting various facets of our accounts management, for example annual renewals and conversion campaigns, through various projects and tasks. You’ll report to the Subscriptions Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Renewal Management: You’ll prioritize timely customer communications for subscriptions that are due to renewal, answering questions about pricing, tier options and tracking the outcome.
- Plan Conversions: You’ll execute against marketing campaigns to encourage customers to switch from monthly to annual plans. Using personalized messages and offers based on customer segmentation and account notes.
- Cancellations: You’ll be responsible for tracking notes from customers on cancellations to anticipate and highlight trends.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Support: You’ll support the Subscriptions Manager with retention related projects as needed.
- Must be able to work in EST or CST timezone
- 3 years+ experience in SaaS sales or account management, with exposure to upselling and cross-selling.
- Goal oriented mindset, backed by solid project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
This is a part-time, hourly role with compensation based on experience. The position requires a commitment of 24 hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are distributed across the work week. There is potential for this role to transition to a full-time contract position in the future.
