This includes ensuring that all hiring and onboarding activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific regulations and professional standards. This role involves close collaboration with universities and the use of several recruitment platforms to attract top talent aligned with workforce needs.**What will you do**:- Manage the full lifecycle for interns.- Report on key recruitment metrics.- Plan and execute strategic attraction events.- Serve as the primary liaison between universities and students to ensure a successful internship experience.- Manage payments related to interns, ensuring payments are made timely and accurately.- Manage the annual budget and inventory of branding materials for events.**Degree Requirement**- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or a related field.- Intermediate - Advanced English**Skill Descriptors**:**Service Excellence**:- Consistently deliver high-quality service and ensure exceptional experience in every interaction.**Relationship Building**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, students, and stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.**Attention to Detail**:- Ensure accuracy in data management, and event planning.**Problem-Solving**:- Identify and resolve challenges that may arise in any aspect of the role.**Digital Tools**:- Use software tools for data analysis and reporting.- Expert in data integration and reporting tools such as Power BI.- Fluent English**Additional Information**:- Location: Santa Catarina / Monterrey Office- This position requires a valid driver’s license- This position is five-day a week in-office model- This position will require to travel 25% (Domestic)- Valid Travel Visa and Passport is desired- Domestic Relocation assistance is not available for this position.- Don’t forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select, and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
