**Responsibilities**:- Provides end to end facilities operations services including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities.- Supports the critical infrastructure capacities, upgrades & data center capacity planning, in the critical systems environments organization, supporting all critical systems locations in region.- Responsible for coordination of critical infrastructure database, reporting the teams data center activities, planning, goals and project tracking.- Partners with Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) to identify, evaluate and validate all "satellite" technology locations throughout region.- Developes and coordinates all monthly reporting, processing all data center facilities work requests, real estate management system critical project management & reporting, maintenance and updating of sharepoint site and maintaining region’s critical infrastructure electrical capacities.- Maintains understanding of critical building operations, supporting critical Infrastructure projects, a clear understanding of Critical Infrastructure/Data center planning and implementation of best practices across the area.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years relevant experience- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and able to work within a interdisciplinary project team to interface with the CTI data center planning team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel- Self-motivated and detail oriented- Proactive leadership and motivational skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Proven influencing and relationship management skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience**Job Family Group**:Corporate Services- **Job Family**:Facilities Operations- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
