**FullStack Developer**We are seeking a FullStack Developer to join our Applications Development team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Associate Architect at Marsh, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and managing IT systems, driving the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance our client services and operational efficiency.**We will count on you to**:- Design the structure of technology systems and manage the implementation of programs.- Coordinate with the software development team to ensure the system runs smoothly.- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in software development practices.**What you need to have**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.- Strong experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.- Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, etc. and RESTful API development.**What makes you stand out**:- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, OKTA.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**Why join our team**:- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.- Advanced English level is a MustMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
