Contribute to the development of RGM as a key capability for LATAM NORTH and help expand RGM knowledge across the organization.**Main responsabilities**:- Lead the RGM strategy for Strategic Brands in Mexico by building the pricing, promotional and assortment strategy during the Annual Planning Cycle.- Execute RGM Strategy and track progress, while identifying fast, sustainable and profitable opportunities that will drive results.- Contribute to the advancement of one of the key pillars of RGM (Price, Promotion, Assortment) by creating, evolving and innovating in tools, methodology, and strategy taking it to the next level. Lead the pillar by managing the planning process, consolidating data and supporting regional projects.- Develop RGM Capability - Boost RGM knowledge, tool usage, and methodologies across the organization to enhance Mindset by developing a Key project for Capability growth.**Qualifications**Essential knowledge and skills**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Careers (Business Administration, Engineering, Economy)- Advanced Excel- At least 6 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence or Brand Building- Advanced English Level- Experience in consumer companies (is a plus)**Core competencies required for this role**:- Strategic Thinking- Data Analytics- Influence**Primary Location**Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City- **Organization**Johnson & Johnson, S.A.
