Sales Advisor

DESCRIPTION**Location**: Rosarito, B.C. (with frequent travel to California, USA)**Company**: FANOSA**Job Objective**:Provide professional advisory services to current and potential clients in EPS solutions for export, promote market development in California, achieve the company’s sales objectives, and ensure excellent post-sales service.**Responsibilities**:- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in Mexico and the United States.- Meet sales targets and commercial KPIs.- Negotiate and close deals in the export market.- Design value-added proposals to meet client needs.- Manage key accounts and provide continuous post-sales follow-up.**Benefits**:- Base salary**:$20,000 MXN** + **attractive commissions**.- Legal and superior benefits: 30 days Christmas bonus, 35% vacation premium, cafeteria, gasoline and vehicle maintenance support.- Travel expenses covered for U.S. trips.- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.**REQUIREMENTS**:**Requirements**:- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).- ** Experience**: 2-5 years in sales, business development, customer service, and conflict resolution.- ** Skills**: Negotiation, results orientation, effective communication, analytical skills.- ** Technology**: CRM, Microsoft Office, ERP.- ** Mandatory**:- Own vehicle (gasoline and maintenance support provided).- Valid **Visa and Passport**.- Preferably **SENTRI card**.- Binational car insurance.- ** Conversational English with valid certification**.- ** Availability to travel** frequently to California (travel expenses covered).
