We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of** Command Centre Analyst****Principal Accountabilities**- Real-Time monitoring of call center activity, Oversee Incident Management, Responsible for mobilization- Oversee Incident Management handling of Command Centre Analysts- Ensure completeness of deliverables as required and document results and present findings to management- Workforce Planning for Short term and Long term- Provide on call service to all business areas outside of Command Centre operating times - including Incident Management and investigating urgent issues.- Work with and influence both internal and external senior stakeholders- Identify opportunities to streamline and drive automation as per business needs and operational efficiency goalsRequirements**Must have**- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or Science in Computer Engineering- Advanced English skills- schedule availability- Call center experience- Adaptability- Interpersonal Communication- Attention to detail- OrganizationYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Process (Mexico) Private LTD
