Director of Lean Dna Inventory Optimization Program

**What you will do? Job Scope & Purpose****How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**- Provide vision and strategic direction for the Lean DNA program to ensure top quartile results.- Lead the deployment of LeanDNA in JCI operations globally.- Support current deployments, ensuring target adoption rates are met while driving continuous process improvements.- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and LeanDNA teams- Ensure sufficient program governance is deployed ensuring compliance to policies and processes.- Develop-Monitor LeanDNA KPI’s to support business objectives.- Build robust alignment and partnerships with Operations teams and IT support.- Facilitate supplier onboarding and supplier compliance within the program.- Develop/mentor LeanDNA team members.- Ensure the program is agile, adapting to changing business conditions and technological advancements.**Key Working Knowledge Attributes for Success**- Customer Focused towards internal and external customers, focused on driving value and solutions that further the Company’s inventory and performance objectives.- Highly accountable for achieving the goals and objectives set forth for this position.- Ability to influence and network with cross-functional and cross-business teams to implement program strategies and solutions.- Capable of working in a matrix environment.- Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide recommendations to senior leadership- Excellent communications, planning and organization skills, and fosters good working relationships with peers and colleagues.- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.**What we look for? Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably within Supply Chain Management) required, MBA preferred.- Possess 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management and operations with a history of driving change in a multinational environment.- Process mapping, Six Sigma background preferred.- Previous experience with business and inventory optimization programs preferred.- Able to travel globally (Up to 25% Travel).- Strong communication skills - written and oral.- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.- APICS - CPIM certification preferred.- English proficiency- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
