Reporting to our Senior Paid Media Director, Regional Lead, you will improve programmatic campaigns across RTB platforms, striving to refine tactics and produce results for our advertisers**Responsibilities**:- Conduct comprehensive analysis to inform our client's strategies and deliver valuable insights.- Work with the Media Team to strategize media allocation and make informed decisions regarding advertiser investments.- Develop client insights to inform our client's strategies- Work with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data**Qualifications**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP Platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP), attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform- Experience with innovation- Experience in numerical detail and analysis- Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities- Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing- Positive thinker, with levels of evident enthusiasm- Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback- The ability to discuss difficult situations with ease- A valued team player, who upholds Jellyfish value**Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Savings fund: You'll save 5% of your monthly income and Jellyfish will contribute the same amount you save to your savings fund.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.Growth, Your Way: Accumulate one paid day each month (2 hours per week) for self-development and access to Jellyfish Learn.Health Insurance: We provide a private health insurance policy that includes visual and dental plan coverage.#LI-Hybrid
