## Senior Analyst, Quality GeneralistApodaca,Nuevo León,MEX## **This role in summary**This position will be responsible for Supplier Quality and Development initiatives that focus on supplier KPIs. This role will be responsible for stamping and metal forming suppliers located globally. The stamping and metal forming commodity is split by category, region, manufacturing and platform. The successful candidate will support the global team on the action plans to improve quality as well as in the quality analysis that support the supplier selection to new projects and commodity negotiation. Full support to all regions in the quality KPIs.## **Your responsibilities will include*** Manage and track global Supplier Quality KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.* Lead and participate in workshops for Supplier Quality Improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.* Conduct in-depth supplier research to provide data and insights for critical supplier selection decisions.* Govern and oversee Quality audits for all new suppliers.* Support global teams with action plans for quality improvement initiatives.## **Minimum requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.* Fluency in the English language.## **Preferred skills and experiences*** Knowledge of Quality Management and Project Management.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Logical and sequential thought processes.* Product Technical Background.* Knowledge of Quality systems.* Entrepreneurial vision and data-driven decision-making.* Knowledge in stamping and metal forming.Years of experience* Less than 2 years* 2 - 4 years* 4 - 8 years* 8+ yearsTop skillsAutoCADAnalysisAuditingAssembly LanguageAutomationAssuranceAdaptabilityCNC TurningCAD SoftwareBudgetingData Privacy AgreementYou acknowledge you have reviewed our .
