We will give you a platform to be daring on a global scale.As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, one will work to meet the needs of the business, document data and participate in daily activities to meet the goals.**Accountabilities**- Develop Power BI reports across LATAM sectors to deliver productivity in time by removing duplicated reports.- Capable to analyze a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.- Optimize processes by leveraging best practices- Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems- Ensure appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignment with different teams including sustain- Oversees on-boarding of new reports and services by training end user’s community- Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLAs**_ Schedule:_**- This position needs a flexible schedule since it gives services to other Latin American countries. The work could begin as early as 5:00am and finishing at 2:00 pm but always with a lunch hour. This schedule may need to work saturdays and sundays but having two rest days during the week.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Education/requirements**- Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career- Good understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc.)- Expertise using different source systems of data like SAP/BW, Teradata, EDW, Flat files etc.- Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel- Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies- Proficient on creating dynamics Dashboards and Reports at different levels of details using the PepsiCo standards reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.)- Basic English, Portugues**Non Technical Skills**- Partner with IT/BI delivery, Basis, security, and support teams.- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills- Must be collaborative team player- Proficient oral and written communication skills- Organizational skills, and service oriented
