DescriptionAt Rapido Solutions Group we believe in challenging the status quo of what to expect from a nearshore solution. Our main goal is to provide our clients with exceptional talent so they can save time and money and be able to scale their business efficiently and effectively. We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.Work with U.S. based accounting team to support customer billing and carrier payable accounting operations.- What you'll do in a typical week:_- Contact carrier partners and/or receivers for legible trip paperwork.- Index images of trip paperwork.- Member of AR collections team.- Invoice customers. Update and use customer payment portals for billing as needed.- Assist the accounting department as needed.- Ability to achieve goals set forth by management.- Attends work consistently and punctually. Requests time off per policy.- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Requirements
