Buscamos a un/a Software Engineer Backend con la capacidad y actitud para resolver problemas con tecnología. Qué hacemos en Ingeniería En Ingeniería construimos los sistemas que sostienen toda la operación de Bravo: gestión de deudas, gestión de contratos, automatizaciones, flujos de crédito, herramientas internas y más. Buscamos a alguien con una base sólida en ingeniería y fuertes habilidades de ownership, agency y goodwill: Responsabilidades principales Construcción y calidad de software: Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios, APIs y aplicaciones extensibles y escalables. Implementar pruebas unitarias y de integración. Documentar decisiones técnicas, procesos y flujos de trabajo. Colaborar con producto, diseño y negocio para definir y desarrollar funcionalidades. Aplicar patrones de diseño, arquitectura y buenas prácticas modernas. Operación, despliegue y ciclo de vida completo del software: Asumir responsabilidad de extremo a extremo por el software construido. Trabajar con aprovisionamiento, configuración, infraestructura ligera, contenedores y servidores. Contribuir a prácticas de automatización, entrega continua y robustez operativa. Resolver incidencias con criterio y responsabilidad, priorizando estabilidad y experiencia del usuario. Proponer mejoras técnicas y operativas con autonomía y visión de largo plazo. Habilidades y requisitos 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. Experiencia desarrollando APIs y aplicaciones extensibles. Fundamentos sólidos: estructuras de datos, algoritmos, patrones de diseño. Pruebas unitarias y de integración. Dominio de SQL y bases de datos relacionales (especialmente PostgreSQL). Control de versiones (Git). Capacidad para escribir documentación clara y útil. Conocimientos en aprovisionamiento, automatización, contenedores, despliegue y prácticas de ingeniería de plataformas. Arquitecturas basadas en eventos, colas o sistemas distribuidos. Monitoreo, métricas y logs. Nos entusiasman las personas que: Ven un problema y naturalmente buscan resolverlo.
