Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for collecting, cataloguing, managing, archiving and protecting our company's digital assets. You will also be our asset librarian and curator. At times, you will also be called upon to support the GCS team with your general know how. At Gates you will have the opportunity to flex and showcase a variety of skills as a member of a dynamic global creative team**Key responsibilities**:- Maintain consistent file names and organized file storage, maintain a record of asset usage rights for all global assets, involving the maintenance of a centralized and accessible library containing accurately catalogued assets, accompanied by details of usage rights, current usage and context- Management and monitoring of the access and use of global digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and copyrights.- Ensure that relevant and up-to-date versions of all global marketing assets are easily searchable and that only authorized personnel can gain access.- Optimize global asset usages.- Tracking asset usage and interaction with brand content, regional content, and anything else.- Develop associated processes for efficiencies. Then, test & document successful processes for adoption as well as continuous improvement.**ABOUT YOU**- Fluency in both written and spoken English.- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and other design tools.- Basic programming skills.- 0 to 1 years of experience in similar roles.- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing and able to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse group of internal and external customers and vendors.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.- Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback.- Must be available to work onsite at our Santa Fe, Mexico location.**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
