Get to know us and see what it's like to be part of a company that is in constant pursuit of improving life at home.**The team you will be a part of**:**This role in summary**:**Your responsibilities will include**:**As an IAM Security Manager, your duties would include**:- ** Lead offshore vendor security teams on ID Administration operations following Whirlpool security processes and best practices**- ** Liaison with the offshore vendor security leads to ensure team performance is optimum by conducting calibration activities, upskilling resources, reducing barriers etc**- ** Define, maintain and improve ID Administration processes and procedures**- ** Conduct privileged access reviews across all major and critical systems and platforms**- ** Support Internal and External auditors by gathering and documenting required information as part of their Audit Testings and walkthroughs**- ** Contribute towards the Global IAM Cybersecurity Strategy**- ** Develop automation to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain solutions to improve the ID Administration Security processes****Minimum requirements**:- ** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or information systems**- ** 5+ years of experience in Information Systems, Information Security, or Identity & Access Management areas**- ** Have a good hands on experience/understanding of ID Administration on ActiveDirectory, Google, LDAP, SAP, and Unix**- ** Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) for provisioning, establishing team-based roles and assigning them entitlements**- ** Solid grasp of Security governance practices and IAM Policy/Document preparation****Preferred skills and experiences**:- ** Project Management**- ** People Management****What we offer**:**You will also have access to learning and development opportunities throughout your career in addition to mentorship from senior technology leaders within the organization.****Additional information**:Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool CorporationSee what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
