Get to know us better by visiting our website.- Be part of the dynamic team as an Compliance Monitoring Analyst play a crucial role in supporting Novo Nordisk GBS Mexico**The Position**- As a LATAM Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance processes and monitoring activities. Your key responsibilities will include:- Tracking compliance with internal policies and legal requirements across various areas such as Third-Party Representative (TPR) risk assessment process, TPR Transactions, HealthCare Professionals itransactions, Safeguard alerts, Grants, Donations and Sponsorships (GDS), Samples, Events, Employee Expenses, and others.- Monitoring and following up on business ethics alerts.- Collaborating with stakeholders across business units to address compliance gaps and maintain accurate documentation.- Maintaining a tracker of monitoring requests.- Analyzing data and developing actionable periodic reports for Compliance teams across our affiliates and Regional Office in Latin America.**Qualifications**- You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
