Interested in being part of our team?**Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.****Descripción del trabajo**Optimizar tiempos dentro de la cadena de suministro, así como eficientar costos de Importación y Exportación dando Cumplimiento a La Ley Aduanera Mexicana, evitando poner en riesgo el Padrón de Importadores de la empresa.**Requisitos educativos**- Licenciado en Comercio Exterior / Negocios y/o Relaciones Internacionales o AFIN**Conocimientos**- Cadena de Suministro- Inglés intermedio- Office Windows, SAP- Actualización en materia aduanera**Responsabilidades clave**- Coordinación de embarques de las diferentes Fabricas del Grupo- Reportes mensuales de Embarques (Aéreos, Terrestres y Marítimos)- Proporcionar documentación necesaria para liberación de embarques a los diferentes Agentes Aduanales- Monitoreo y Gestión de cumplimiento a los tiempos de entrega en Almacén Central- Seguimiento de Embarques Urgentes de las diferentes líneas de Negocio- Revisión de Cuentas de Gastos Aduanales- Documentación y Seguimiento de Tramite de Exportación y ventas EXW- Control de Importaciones Temporales- Solicitud de Información Técnica para la correcta clasificación Arancelaria- Recepción de facturas electrónicas de Fabrica y envío al Agente Aduanal- Cierre Mensual de cuentas de gastos por división- Elaboración del reporte de LCF- Generar Cotizaciones de LCF para proyectos Especiales- Elaboración del reporte de Sustentabilidad (Gasto de Hidrocarburos generados por el traslado de Mercancías procedentes de Aduana)- Seguimiento a reclamos de Daños o Pérdidas por Operación- Entrega de Cuenta de Gastos a ACBS y seguimiento a Pagos a Agentes Aduanales- Control y Seguimiento a los fondos establecidos en PECA- Manejo de Anticipos de Gastos Aduanales- Cumplimiento a Normas y Reglas Generales en Materia Aduanera- Control de Expedientes de Importación y Exportación- Cumplimiento a requerimientos SAT y atención AuditoriasZona: Tlalnepantla de Baz**Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice**Bright ideas come from all of us.
