We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:OMS Analyst**Requirements**:- Bacherlor's Degree in Administration/ International Business or equivalent.- Fluent English- Advanced Excel (Knowledge in Pivot tables, vlookups, etc)- +1 Year in operational experience in supply chain, logistics and forwarding**Tasks**:- Ensure that all data invoices are correctly processed and closed.- Training of local user.- Data entry.- Managing timeline as agreed with client to meet agreed deadlines.- Identifying issues and reporting operational process defects to a responsible LSP for resolution.- Liaise with client’s service providers to ensure timely submission of documentation and evidence to provide to client.- Providing support to client where issues are found in the testing process and fix issues.- Supporting client in any internal or external audit related to services in scope.- Support management system for each engagement.- Directing audit requests to correct internal owner, validating data and/or documentation received before responding to client.- During audits, providing information requested in a timely manner.- Presenting results to the client and other relevant parties in the process.- Communicating with Client/Supplier/Vendor when required to fulfil the tasks.- Define / describe new requirements (incl. business case, using special form) and submit to Second Level support.- Complying with and implementing within his/her scope of work company’s and clients’ policies and procedures, Code of Ethics, ISO, LEAN; IIP standards.- Taking actions in order to provide added value and optimize supply chain processes within group, company and client in order to achieve satisfactory service- Responsible for external and internal communication with all relevant parties in the process**Benefits**:- Competitive base salary- Benefits above the law- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm- Excellent location- Growth opportunities
