Mighty Buildings is a venture-backed construction technology company based in Oakland, CAWe are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.**What We're Looking For**:We are looking for an **Executive Scrum master** who'll work closely with the executive team and other Scrum Masters and will be responsible for providing project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with Core Scientific's strategic priorities, and second, that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Actively coach key roles (C Suite, VPs, APOs, Scrum Masters, etc) and participate in leadership conversations to provide best practice knowledge- Improve team performance and facilitate work completion using Scrum and Agile practices and without using coercion, assigning, or dictating work- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on solutionizing- Guide, coach and motivate multiple teams with the goal of increasing productivity- Facilitate and support all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) and Company events (stratigic session, all-hands meeting, weekly exec meeting etc)- Facilitate and support all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) and Company events (stratigic session, all-hands meeting, weekly exec meeting etc)- Work with Exec team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information- Supporting the scrum community (knowledge sharing)**What's Required**:- 5-7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master/Agile Coach- Knowledge and experience with multiple agile frameworks & methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP, LeSS, Nexus)- Proven record of successfully managing two to three Scrum teams at the same time, including geographically distributed/remote/international workers collaborating across multiple time zones- Knowledge and experience with facilitation Scrum events and company events (100+ people)- Strong situational awareness, decision making and conflict resolution competencies- Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to mentor by both example and through coaching- Familiarity with software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles and practices- Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management**What's Nice-to-Have**:- Worked in construction or complex manufacturing- Worked in growth stage startup- Implementing scaled scrum frameworks in non software (or not exclusively software) companies
