**Regulatory Affairs Manager - LATAM**Elemental Enzymes (EE) is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to develop regulatory strategy, manage regulatory submissions and maintain regulatory compliance for EE products in the Central and South American countries. Products include biopesticides, biostimulants, and biofertilizers. This position will report to the Regional Director of Regulatory Affairs LATAM located in Brazil and be part of the broader Regulatory Team.**Responsibilities**- Determine the appropriate regulatory pathway to allow testing, importation, and commercialization of EE products.- Work with EE teams, regulatory consultants, and business partners to build regulatory strategy, project plans and timelines for EE products.- Manage registration packages to regulatory agencies for EE products.- Manage external consultants to submit regulatory packages to government agencies and maintain approvals as needed.- Interact with regulators, as needed.**Qualifications**- MS or Ph.D. in a Biological Sciences field.- Fluency in English. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.- Working knowledge of biopesticide, biostimulants, and/or fertilizer regulations in the Latin American countries.- Working knowledge of biopesticide submission and review process in Latin American countries.- Experience interacting with regulators.- Ability to manage external regulatory consultants.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Strong commitment to regulatory compliance.- Ability to problem-solve in a team setting.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholder.- Ability to manage project timelines and document regulatory activities.**Job Location**:Working from home in Central or South America.**Position Type**: Full-Time/Regular/ Salary/ Exempt.**Salary**: Competitive based on qualifications and experience.**Benefits**: Dependent on employment laws in country of residence**About Elemental Enzymes**Elemental Enzymes was founded upon the simple belief that we must do everything we can to improve agricultural performance in a way that not only enables plants to flourish but enriches and renews the planet with eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural solutions.
