You will ensure proper relationships with distributors answering marketing needs, sharing standard processes, validating local initiatives (merchandising, digital activation, content, PR, media, etc.)**What You Will Do**- Validate and monitor the A&P of each distributor and supervising the local execution- Revise forecasts for each country on a monthly basis- Integrate informations from the Monthly brands newsletters- Organizing the regional seminar- Coordinating the sanitary registrations- Giving feedback on marketing action taken- In-depth understanding of international markets as well as macroeconomic and socioeconomic conditions- Coordinating our presence at industry meeting and conferences, including American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and Latin American Dermatologists (RADLA)- Have strong intuition for business- Cross functional collaboration with other departments to determine long term solutions**What You Need (Required Qualifications)**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related- ** 5+ years of work experience in an operational marketing **role including international experience- Working experience in the **skincare / medical cosmetics industry**- At least 3 years of** people management experience**- ** Advanced English **Level- Good understanding of the Marketing Spendings management- Love for Beauty and Skincare topics- High comfort level with operating in various cultural environments- ** Availability to travel**- High level of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Master’s degree is an highly valued- French is a nice to have- B2B experience is a plus**Our Commitment to Sustainability**With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
