It ensures that all information entered into ECC, including customer details, product information, and pricing, is accurate. The role includes double-checking order details for errors and discrepancies and following up on ONL (Orders Not Loaded) with sales and IT to expedite solutions and release the orders into ECC.The position also involves collaborating with other departments such as sales, sales operations, fulfillment, and IT support to fulfill orders and address any issues or concerns. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and contributing to improving order entry procedures and efficiency.The LAS Order Entry team is expected to maintain the current 99% same-day order processing efficiency target.**Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico- Mexico - Nuevo León- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey ,- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey
