MSL MANAGER, MEDICAL MANAGERYour new companyOne of the biggest farmaceutic companies with more than 100 years of history helping the life of people, providing solutions in areas like immunology, oncology, neuroscience, vaccines, etc. Complete focus on our patients and be the best option in specialties.Your new role MSL Manager or Medical ManagerWhat you'll need to succeed Education: - Bachelor's degree in Medicine - Medical speciality - Master's or Diploma in Science, Health or similar Experience and Skills: Required: Experience working at Medical Manager level or in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry - Strong, clear communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, internally (Commercial, access, regulatory, etc) and externally - Strong understanding of Mexican health care system - Evidence generation (IIS, RWE, sponsored studies, feasibilities, etc) - Multidisciplinary team management - Data analytics and decision making based on data - Medical Affairs Strategy development - Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial creative problem-solving approach - Strong project management skills - Demonstrated ability to get things done - Strong sense of urgency - Teamwork capabilities - Attention to detail Desired: - Qualifications in a relevant scientific area and/or prior clinical experience - Experience in Market Access Other: - Advanced level of English - international Travel percentage 20What you'll get in return Base Salary Benefits above law**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
